Ali Zanders is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter and storyteller based in Northern New Jersey. Her emotional ballads are heavily fueled by nostalgia - something she considers both her superpower and her curse. While she began writing songs in high school, the original plan was to head off to college for musical theater. That is, until she took a step back and realized she wanted to tell her own stories instead of acting out someone else’s.

After releasing some self-produced tracks on Soundcloud, Ali took to all music streaming platforms in summer 2024 with her single “palace (acoustic)” which has since become a fan favorite at live performances. Her follow-up singled, “earthquake” received praise from NewJerseyStage.com and plays regularly on BlowUpRadio.com (as does “palace acoustic” and various tracks from her Soundcloud). Her latest project, her debut EP titled “Class of 2021”, marks a new sound for Ali as she starts to experiment with more of an alternative, pop-rock sound, while her lyrics remain sharp and thoughtful.
